This area looked really empty and though I'm sure no one is looking for my art (because I have none! What a coincidence!) if someone happened to stumble by my profile out of sheer happenstance, I should give them something to read.

Well, because my current art level is limited to drawing anime characters from a reference photo only (I'm talking no changes at all), I figured that I would start by uploading some of my poems, so I wouldn't be a total loser. I really enjoy looking at everyone else's art and I am very pleased to see that I am not the only poet on this site, I am one among many. HOORAY!! Anyways, I know it's summer and I have loads of time, but I always seem to write better when it's an escape from something else, so I may have to wait until classes start or anything to get written. I'm currently trying to post some of my longer stories on a different website, so once I get that sorted out I'll probably put a link in the deviantART ID box-y thing-y.

So yeah. I'll write/upload more poetry and yes, I am working on my drawing skills so that, someday, you will see an original drawing up here by me. But until then I'm off to draw Madoka from a reference pic. She's the cutest, isn't she?
